Hi Alex,

With the latest update of WC, it appears that admin accounts are WAY unable to view orsers in WC.
In another post I thought it was because of Jetpack but apparently this problem is WC update related.

I created a new admin account after WC update which can see all orders.
The current admin account cannot see the order status after the update which is very annoying.

How do we solve this problem adequately. I have already posted about this.

Yes, there is a change in WooCommerce 8.2.0 on how the orders are handled.

We are working on a fix and will release an update as soon as possible. Will let you know.

Hello PinyB,

This actually is not related with the update. It is related with the “Branch Managers”. You probably is set as Branch Manager to some of the Branches, but not all and you don’t see the orders to the other branches.
If you add yourself as a manager now, you also won’t see them, but if you remove all managers from all branches, then all can see all orders. So, we understand this is far from perfect and will have to rework it. We will combine this rework with the changes we need to do regarding the new WooCommerce way for storing orders (HPOS). So next couple of weeks will work on this.
