    Hello!

After updating WordPress on ver. 5.5.1, a new post (wp-admin / post-new.php) or new page is not added to the site.
Displays a empty white page. When the Rigid plugin is disabled, everything works.
Latest ver. plugin installed Rigid v. 3.5.7

Please How to solve the problem?

    Hello fendy,

Could you, please give us temporary admin access to your site, so we can check what could be wrong?

    regards,
    Dimitar

This is not the Rigid theme. You have the TwentyTwenty theme enabled.

Rigid theme installed on a subdomain. (sp.***)
On the main domain is blog.
If I turn off Rigid plugin , topics are added successfully.

    Everything seems fine to me:

    Test Post

However, I can see you have a lot of plugins which may conflict each other.

    1. You have 3 different redactors – Gutenberg, WP Bakery and Elementor. This is huge problem. I’d suggest disabling Gutenberg and Elementro and only work with WP Bakery Page builder, as the theme was built to work exclusively with WP Bakery.

    2. I can see you have Variation Swatches plugin. The theme itself have a built-in variation swatches functionality.

    3. You have a lot of plugins that are not up to date or not tested with your version of WooCommerce, including the WP Bakery Page Builder.

I am doing a blog on the main domain, not a subdomain sp.
    Everything worked before the update.
I turned off all plugins yesterday, it does not depend Of Gutenberg, WP Bakery и Elementor.
Now I turned everything off, and it still does not work

I really can’t understand. On the main domain you don’t have the Rigid theme. First you had the TwentyTwenty and now you have the BuddyBoss theme.

The Plugin Rigid is conflicting, not the Rigid Theme.

When Rigid Plugin is activated, we cannot post posts on the main domain.

That doesn’t make any sense. On your sub-domain both the theme and the plugin are active and everything works fine. Also, the Rigid plugin must NOT be active if using another theme and also the it must only be active on the site with the theme, not network activated.

Plugins are being activated for the network, I cannot disable the plugin separately.

here is written what is compatible with multisite:

<The theme is 100% multi-site compatible. We are running our demos on multisite installation. What you describes makes me think the Rigid plugin is not active on your site. Make sure the theme and the Rigid plugin are not network activated, but only active for the second site.

Yes, the theme IS 100% multi-site compatible, but the Rigid plugins must be enabled for each instance, not for the network. And yes, you can disable it. Click on NETWORK DISABLE for the rigid plugin in your main admin and then enabled it for the subdomain only in the site plugins page.
