ParticipantHello,
When I go to the front side of my site on any page and click on Edit with Wp Bakery Page Builder it does not work. Indeed after displaying the little grey character nothing happens I get a blank page with this error in the console: TypeError: undefined is not a function (near ‘…jQuery(“#latest_posts5fb5b7a1e3825”).owlCarousel…’).
Please investigate the problem. Thank you also to provide me with the latest version of the 6.4.2 editor in ZIP so that I can update.

KeymasterHello AZG,
Sounds like there are some JS errors on your site that prevent the front-end editor to load properly. If you give us a link to your site, we may try to investigate. On our end it works absolutely fine.

KeymasterHello AZG,
So sorry for the late reply.
As I suspected, there are a lot of JS errors on your site. This is not theme related and the errors could be caused by many different things – your LiteSpeed cache plugin, the security plugin or the AMP plugin.
Unfortunately, the only way to check which one is causing the trouble is to disable all of them one by one until the problem is fixed. Another possible reason could be your CDN settings, as I can see your site is hosted with CloudFlare.

KeymasterHello AZG,
This could be caused by a wide range of reasons. It could be one reason for that user and another for you.
As for the latest version, it would be shipped with the next theme update as always.

KeymasterHello AZG,
You didn’t really need to pay for a license. The latest version of the WP Bakery will be shipped with a theme update tomorrow.
As for the pagespeed score, that would depend on many factors and one of the most important is the actual content – number of images, correct image sizes used, number of fonts etc. etc.

KeymasterHello AZG,
I am glad the latest version of the WP Bakery helped. However, it was working fine on our side even with the old one, so it’s most probably a conflict with some other plugin. Buying a license was definitely not needed.
As for your other questions, I have alredy explained that this would depend on many factors, including actual content, on-site optimization, hosting quality etc. Just as an example – on your home you are using images that are too large and heavy. That slows down your site dramatically and thus reduce your pagespeed score. I can see you use W3TC – this is definitely not the best option and it could also do more harm than good. Looks like you tried to optimize your site to some extent, but there are still other things to do – enable gzpi, add expire headers etc. etc.
As for the render blocking – this is how WordPress work. It’s not theme related, but it can be greatly improved with the right optimization plugins and settings.
How can our theme pass the ThemeForest validations – it’s pretty simple. It’s a properly coded theme.
Just a small comparison:
1. Your home page with less content than our demo:

2. The theme demo home page with more content than your site, but still lower number of requests and almost 3 times faster than your site:

Last, but not least – no need to be angry. We are trying to help.
