ParticipantHi I just purchased the theme and installed the marketplace demo. When I try to edit any page with WP Bakery, it just gets stuck on the loading screen and never loads the page. I tried on Chrome and Safari on a Mac, cleared cache, etc.

KeymasterHello audiomarket,
Could you please give us a link to your site and also tell us whether you try on the front-end editor OR in the WP backend?
Temporary admin access details would also help a lot.

KeymasterHi audiomarket,
We have jsut checked your website and the WP Bakery Page Builder works fine in the back-end. On the front-end editor it doesn’t load indeed.
There are some errors in the console for your site both in the backend AND the frontend. Could be caused by some plugin you have OR some security/user rights settings on your server. I’d suggest disabling all plugins that are not coming with the theme and try again. I’d start with the WP Reset Pro plugin.
Also, I can see some migration cron jobs not finished (check under WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions. You may to run them manually and see if that would fix the problem.
It’s definitely not theme related. For some reason your site just doesn’t load some of the theme’s and plugins’ resources

ParticipantThanks for your help. I tried everything you mentioned but still no luck, I even reset all plugins/settings and it still won’t work for some reason. I am using PHP 7.2 with proper php ini settings, my server admin says there shouldn’t be any problems.
I am using WP bakery 6.4.1 could that be the problem?
It doesn’t seem like I can use your theme if WP bakery isn’t working, unless it will work with elementor.
Please let me know, thanks

KeymasterNo, WP Bakery 6.4.1 should work just fine and it actually does. I have just checked your website again and I was able to edit the home page in the backend using WP Bakery Editor in Both Chrome and Firefox. It works absolutely fine. In the frontend the console errors prevent the page builder to load properly.

KeymasterAs for using elementor – you can do this, but you’d lose a lot of the custom theme content elements (e.g. custom vendors list, product carousels, content slider etc.)
