ParticipantUnfortunately when working with Caché Plugins, not all themes work optimally. This will also depend on the type of hosting you have contracted and the type of server you are using.

Sorry for the late reply. As you may have noticed on the site notification, one of our colleagues was confirmed with Covid-19 and the whole team was isolated under quarantine for two weeks.
You just need to exclude cart and checkout pages (just like with any other caching plugin) and also enable the “Enable Shopping Cart Cache Clearing” option in the Order Hours settings.
