Hi,

The WPBaker Page Builder doesn’t seem to be working. I get the chef’s hat logo appearing while the page thinks, but then nothing appears.

It does need to be updated, but it won’t update because apparently I need to pay money for it?

I thought it came with the theme. Do I need to pay extra to update this?

Hello Ben,

The WP Bakery Page builder and Slider Revolution are so-called “bundled plugins”. They are fully functional and doesn’t require activation.

However, I have just checked your website and the theme itself. It looks like in the latest versions of WordPress there is a problem with the Front-end editor when there is a carousel script on the page (e.g. product carousel or a content slider).

We will provide a fix for this. Until the update is released, you can use the backend editor and modify your pages in the admin area.

Please, whenever you have a problem with the theme, always open your own topic even if it looks similar to existing one.

Please, create a new topic and provide as much details as possible – URL of the page, temporary admin access details etc.

Also, please always use the forums for the theme you have! This one is for the Refer theme, not Lafka.
