Hello JJ,

Are you using the latest theme version with latest WordPress, WooCommerce and latest WP Bakery? We have just checked this on our end and everything seems to work absolutely fine:

Everything is on the latest version except WPBakery, when I try to update WPBakery to version 6.3.0 from 6.2.0, I get this error:

The WP Bakery can’t be directly updated as you don’t own a separate license. Updates for bundled plugins are shipped with theme updates. The WP Bakery 6.3 update (released today) will be available Monday 24th of August.

There must be a JS error in the browser console when you try to load the front-end editor. What it is?

Do you have an optimization plugin enabled? Something like WP Rocket, WP Fastest Cache, W3TC or anything else?

Yes I do, WP Fastest Cache.

Did you try with WPSC disabled? If it works, than most probably it’s not configured properly in the minify and combine section.

Okay, I managed to fix the issue by disabling “Rocket Loader” on Cloudflare.
