I’m not sure what I am doing wrong here.
I can’t update the Slider Revolution because I need a purchase code.
In the Theme, License pdf is “Item Purchase Code” is that not the code I need?
If so, Revslider (Slider Revolution) told me the code is “invalid”.
I know I need the code to update the plugin.

Do I have to purchase WPBakery Page Builder & Revslider (Slider Revolution) separate from the theme?

WPBakery Page Builder is my biggest issues.

There is a new version of WPBakery Page Builder available. View version 6.0.5 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin. To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder. Got WPBakery Page Builder in the theme?

This keeps coming up. I already did the API Token. Also, when I got to WPBakery site it tells me to login Envato site then takes me back saying nothing found.

What are some things I can do to resolve this matter?

    Hello TBenton,

    sorry for the late reply,

WP Bakery Page Builder and Slider Revolution are so called “bundled plugins”. They are fully functional, but you don’t have your own license for them, so you can’t use automatic updates.

Updates for those plugins are shipped with theme updates and they can only be updated under Appearance > Install Plugins menu.

We will release a theme update with latest versions of the plugins later today.

Here is the official Envato policy about “bundled plugins”:

    Hope this helps.

Hello everybody! Please, accept our sincere appologies for the delaeyd support last 2 weeks. One of our team members was diagnosed with Covid-19 and we were isolated without the chance to leave home or access our office. We are now back to work and slowly catching up with delayed support tickets. We expect the queue to be cleared and everything to be back to normal schedule by Monday, 29th of June.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.

Best regards,
Althemist team
