Hello gegeor,
All bundled plugins, including the BabyStreet Plugin, WP Bakery etc. are shipped with theme updates. You can find them under Appearance > Install Plugins

Make sure you are using the latest theme version, so latest plugins will be loaded there. The option is visible only if there is a new version packed with the theme files.
