Hello sisqondov,

So sorry for the late reply. We had some major problems in the last two weeks. Our servers were under severe DDoS attack and one of our colleagues was confirmed with COVID-19.

There was never a random sort of products in WooCommerce. May be you used some plugin for this? The original WooCommerce sorting orders are: By Date, By Price, By Rating, By popularity (sales) and custom order.

What do you mean “in the Template options”? As I already explained, there was never a random sort of products in WooCommerce. It is only available in some shortcodes, but never existed for the shop and category pages.
