Hi!

In the Theme Options > Shop tab, I have “Hide Zero Price” switched on. The zero price values for addons are hidden on the front end, as expected. However, the zero prices are showing in both the Woocommerce admin order details, as well as in the email notifications to the user.

For example, this is what is showing in the customer email:

Plain Cheese Pizza

size: Large
Cheese Options ($0.00): Cheese
Special Instructions ($0.00): Light sauce

Can this be fixed? it’s confusing to the customer to see this.

Hi skylerdesign,

I am afriad this can’t be avoided. We are hiding the zero prices in the product page, but in the system they are still needed for the correct calculation, so they can’t be removed.

Ok, but can it be stripped out of the emails?

No, As I alredy explained it can’t be removed. The e-mails are using the same orders meta data.
