    Hi,

That is strange. I have just noticed after checking again today that it is now only a problem at 90% and 150% when in full screen (no longer at 100, 110 and 125%). Chrome is full screen in image 1 and 2 (90% and 150%). Image 3 is when the window is not full screen it appears OK on all zoom levels. But image 4 dragging the left hand side of the browser level in you can see the line again. Drag in and out to see the issue. When resizing the browser window the issue can be seen at 90, 110, 125 and 150% zoom levels but not 100%. It is probably a Chrome thing then… Like the pixelated thumbnails that I have not been able to resolve.

Image 1: Chrome Full Screen 90%
    Satin Boot Screenshot 90%

Image 2: Chrome Full Screen 150%
    Satin Boot Screenshot 150%

Image 3: Not Full Screen Chrome 90%
Satin Boot Screenshot Not Full Screen 90%

Image 4: Not Full Screen Browser Window Resized 90%
Satin Boot Screenshot Not Full Screen Window resized 90%

    Hi,

I am running Windows 10 1920×1080 display scaled to 125% (I have also checked at 100% scaling and it makes no difference). Using Chrome browser Version 84.0.4147.89 (Official Build) (64-bit) is most noticeable and I think it is also something to do with the zoom.

Chrome – you can see the issue at 90%, 100%, 110%, less noticeable at 125% but then noticeable at 150% again.
Firefox – it is not an issue until you zoom in to 150%.
Edge – only noticeable at 90% and 150% zoom.

So, it is really only going to be noticeable on Chrome.

Not an issue on mobile device.

    Kind regards,

I have just set up a new website and installed the demo and the icon is present on every page… So, maybe it is something I have changed in the settings on my test site, I have cleared the page cache and tried again but still the issue on homepage and for product category. Not a problem for product pages, attribute (like brand) pages or any other pages now. It is not important for me at the moment because I am still testing settings and styles.

If you can find the problem on rigid.althemist.com it could be the same issue. I don’t think the expanded menu has anything to do with it because that looks exactly the same on the demo install I created and there is not a missing icon there.

    Kind regards,

Have you been able to check this issue yet?

    Hi Dimitar,

I have just noticed the same issue. It just appears to be that the my account icon does not appear while on the site’s homepage. I thought in my case it was because of the off canvas sidebar or the pre-header widget but you can see the issue on your demo site https://rigid.althemist.com.

Visit the site https://rigid.althemist.com and click on the mobile menu hamburger icon. The My Account icon does not appear in the mobile menu, only the wishlist icon. The “Home” menu is already expanded.

Click on the Home Classic Shop menu item. Now click on the mobile menu hamburger icon again. The My Account icon is now displayed with the wishlist icon. None of the menus are expanded.

Click on the “R” Site Icon to return to the site homepage and going into the mobile menu the My Account icon is missing again and the Home menu has been expanded.

I also have this issue on my category pages (in addition to the homepage, about us page etc) where the icon disappears but it does appear on product pages and on the shop page. Basically the icon should always be displayed as per the desktop?

    Tested on an Android phone.

    Kind regards,

I found that the code (I posted above from business bloomer) to order the products by “In Stock” first does work, it must have been a page caching issue. But that is not ideal if you want to order by another parameter, it would be nicer to have the option to filter on the stock status. I don’t know about the programming detail but I would have thought that you are only querying back the items that have a certain stock status. So that is no different to any other filters except you are checking stock status (through standard function calls) rather than the attribute “brand”, “colour” or whatever?

Maybe it is more difficult to implement than it seems to me though. I appreciate the fact that you will discuss it.

    Hi Dimitar,

I thought it would be adding a filter in the Theme’s functions.php file calling standard Woocommerce functions – therefore, not modifying core? You have lots of features in the theme that are not part of Woocommerce core, even your own Rigid Product Filters!

On Envato, there are plenty of Product Filter plugins offering In Stock/Out of Stock but I don’t want to install another plugin just for this one piece that I want.

Never mind, I will continue looking for some code.

    Kind regards,

    Hi Dimitar,

The latest update (earlier today) has fixed the problem.

    Thank you.

And now 20 days since the last update I made.

The Theme update that was promised on 4th June, then again on 17th June has not materialised…. Is this now an unsupported Theme?

I paid for an additional 6 months of support and have not had a response in 3 weeks.

    Really very annoyed.

    Hi Liam,

The theme has not been updated since 29th May V5.8.8 so your fix is not available yet… https://themeforest.net/item/rigid-responsive-woocommerce-theme/20421310

If you want to be notified by e-mail when the theme is updated then ensure the check box ” Get notified by email if this item is updated” is ticked under the theme title in the Download section of your Themeforest account.

    Hi Dimitar,

It is possible to create Icon Boxes on the My Account page and then hide the tabs’s container with CSS. If the Icon Boxes had associated links it would be better than having to have a title with clickable link or just a clickable link which is not clear from looking at the icon box that they are links. See in the screenshot Icon-Boxes-in-My-Account.png where first 2 are just icon boxes, then title with clickable link then just clickable link.

I have not hidden the navigation tabs…

Looking forward to seeing new feature in release 6.0!

    Kind regards,
